Neiman Marus Dip

I love this dip. Making it for the Super Bowl!

 

Directions
Mix the onions, cheese, mayo, bacon bits, and slivered almonds together. Chill for a couple hours. Serve with crackers.

Pizza Witches

This recipe is a spin on an old recipe.
 One the whole family enjoys!

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt
  • Salt and pepper
  • American cheese slices
  • Hamburger buns
  • Butter

Directions:
  • Brown hamburger, with garlic salt, chili powder, salt and pepper
  • Drain excess fat, depending on leanness of your beef
  • Add tomato soup and simmer on low.
  • Take cookie sheet and place bottom of bun add hamburger and cheese slice
  • Place tops of buns on another cookie sheet and butter top lightly
  • Place on broil for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted
  • Take top of bun and place on top of your Pizza Witch and ENJOY!

Chicken Tacos Thai Style

Thai Taco - YUMMY

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4-6 small tortillas
  • 1 package of broccoli slaw
  •  bean sprouts
  •  Thai peanut sauce
  •  chopped fresh cilantro
  • sliced green onions
  • lime
Directions
In a large bowl or a Ziploc bag, toss cubed chicken with the rice vinegar and soy sauce until evenly coated. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade with a slotted spoon, and add to pan. Season immediately with salt and pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
Lay out tortillas on a work surface. Add broccoli slaw, bean sprouts and cooked chicken into the center of each tortilla. Drizzle the chicken in each tortilla with Thai peanut sauce. Then top with cilantro and green onions. Squeeze a slice of lime on top!  YUMMY
Serve immediately.

Frozen Frappuccino

Ingredients

 How to make it

·       Make double-strength coffee by brewing with twice the coffee required by your coffee maker: That should be 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per each cup of coffee. Chill before using.
·       To make drink, combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until ice is crushed and drink is smooth. Pour into two 16-ounce glasses, and serve with a straw.
·       CARAMEL Version:
·       For this version, add 3 tablespoons of caramel topping to the original recipe and prepare as described. Top each glass with whipped cream and drizzle additional caramel over the whipped cream.
·       MOCHA Version:
·       For this version, add 3 tablespoons Hershey's chocolate syrup to the original recipe and prepare as described. Top each glass with whipped cream, if desired.

Strawberry Pretzel Salad

This is more like a dessert, The sweet with the salty is so Good!


Ingredients
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Stir together crushed pretzels, melted butter and 3 tablespoons sugar; mix well and press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until set. Set aside to cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl cream together cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Fold in whipped topping. Spread mixture onto cooled crust.
  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in still frozen strawberries and allow to set briefly. When mixture is about the consistency of egg whites, pour and spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set.

Whiskey Slushes

One Word YUMMY!

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups whiskey
  • 1 cups water
  • 2 cups of strong brewed tea (black or green)
  • Sprite or 7-Up Soda

Directions
  • In a large plastic container(I like to use an  empty ice cream bucket) mix all ingredients except the soda. Freeze at least over night.
  • Scoop 3/4 of frozen mixture into a glass ans fill the glass with your soda.

Corn Casserole

Love to Make this Corn Dish for Easter to go with our HAM!

Ingredients
  • ½ C Melted Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
  • 1 Can Whole Corn (Drained)
  • 1 Can Creamed Corn
  • 1 Cup of Sour Cream

Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, combine butter, egg, corn bread mix, whole and creamed corn and sour cream. Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is golden brown.
