This is one of my families favorite, It reminds us of NEBRASKA every time I make this.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Can of Pizza Crust Dough
- 1 Pounds of Hamburger
- 2 Cups of Cabbage (I cheat and use already shredded cabbage in a bag)
- 1/2 Cup of Onion
- 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Salt
- Optional: Swiss Cheese and Mushroom
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Brown meat in large skillet, drain and return to skillet.
- Add cabbage, onion, garlic salt (Mushrooms if you decide to add to casserole) and cover with lid.
- Once cabbage is soften, stir in soup and simmer for couple minutes.
- Grease baking dish and roll out pizza dough. cut in half and place in dish.
- Add hamburger/cabbage mixture. (Top with cheese if you decide to use in casserole)
- Place then other half of dough on top and bake for 25 minutes or until brown.
