Tender Meat - Easy to Make - SOOO Satisfying
- 2 lb Beef Stew Meat (Cube)
- 10 oz Fresh Mushrooms (Sliced)
- 1/4 Cup Onion Chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Cup of Beef Broth
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Pkg (16oz) Egg Noodles
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
- Place meat, mushroom, onion, salt, broth, paprika and salt in crock pot cook on low for 7-8 hours.
- After the meat has cooked 7-8 hours, mix sour cream flour and mustard into the mixture for another 15 minutes.
- Cook noodles according to directions and place in large serving bowl.
- Plate noodles, add mixture, and top with parsley.
This is goes perfect with salad and cheese bread. ENJOY...
